Come to the Second Annual Fall Fermentation Workshop at Woolly Goat Farm this Thursday, October 19th from 430 - 7 pm . Slow Food Fort Collins will lead a hands-on class on how to ferment various vegetables and make kombucha. Bring any veggies you would like to ferment along with a mason jar.
